1st Transnational Meeting :

The first transnational meeting ( kick off meeting ) of the project was held in Scoala Gimnaziala Nr18 Sibiu / Romania in 26 – 30 / November /2017.

The contact persons and legal represantatives participated in the meeting.

The goal of this meeting;

- to get to know project partners, contact persons and legal represantatives in person,

- to introduce the partner schools and organisation in details,

- to introduce the national education systems of partner countries

- to write the questionnaires will be conveyed in the project,

- to write the lesson plans of project activities of the first year,

- to give detailed information about web-site; how to publish photos, documents on the web-site by the Turkish partner.

9:00 – Welcome at school by the headmaster Cornel Țichindelean
9:10 – 12:00 Tour and presentation of the school by Alexandra Savu; Artistic show by pupils in folk costums coordinated by the Teachers Gabriela Holirca, Simona Cont; Local Media present for dissemination;
Worksession 1 - Presentation of the national education system of partner countries; Presentation of the project (Overview and summary of the application); Financial and contractual rules - Powerpoint presentation by the Romanian Coordinator Rodica Tănasie;
12:00-14:00 Lunch – La Fattoria
14:00-17:00 Worksession 2 – First steps: Creating an ability test, permission slip and also a survey for students to fill in.

9:00-12:00 Demonstration English lessons in the school held by Delia Florea and Mădălina Spulber (Classes III.B, VI and VIII)

Conclusions of the transnational meeting:
Europass will be obtained after each meeting;
Creating the project website by the Turkish team; The content of the website will focus on news and activities from each country.
